What you see as your world, your reality, is the out picturing of your thoughts, beliefs, programs and decisions about life and how life works and what it can be for you.

The out picturing of your life is the past.

You are looking at the past.

The past that you thought into reality.

You are looking at, living in and experiencing the past thoughts that you have had.

Your own reality reflects what HAS been.  Reacting and responding to it perpetuates it or changes it because your reactions create your future.

The outer reality or out picturing of your moments, hours, days are created in the present and out pictured as your future present moment. Each moment is an image, a creation, a presentation of what you have already set in motion, in place.  Changing your in the moment day to day focus reactions thoughts feelings creates a new out picturing in your next moment, your future.

How long will you keep reacting in violence, anger, fear and/or outrage in the moment before you realise it is this reaction that created the out picturing of what you are currently experiencing and reacting to .  Continuing to react in these ways, continuing to worry, continuing to fret, continuing to believe in life as or see life from a point of fear, anger, opposition and separation is what is creating the future of fear, anger, opposition and separation.

What you do now, what you think now, what you believe now, how you react now, is what creates your future.

Nothing exists in your life without your focus, without your attention.  What are you focusing on and how are you focusing upon it?  This is what you are perpetuating in your life.  This is the future out picture you are creating.

Whatever you are focusing on may exist, it may, or it may be something you are creating, it may be, but whatever it is, whether it is real or ‘not’ it is still  holding your focus and thusly will become real to you.  If it exists it may hold your attention strongly, but, remember it is not the only thing that exists, it is simply the thing that is holding the most of your attention in the strongest way right now.

Shift your attention, what else exists?

What is there that is joyful in your life?

What is it that is beautiful in your life?

What is there that has less negative charge, that ignites you into less anger, fear, doubt, worry, confusion in your life?

Focus on that, give that your attention.

Place your focus on that which lifts your joy and your frequency thusly creating this as your future out picturing.
